Hunter Philyaw

Hunter Philyaw is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker with Beacon Ridge Realty. He works alongside Broker-in-Charge Lindsay Philyaw to represent buyers and sellers across the Catawba Valley and the wider western North Carolina market.

Hunter is currently completing his degree in Business and Finance at Mars Hill College, where he also competes as a sprinter on the Mars Hill track and field team. The discipline of collegiate athletics and the analytical rigor of finance shape the way he approaches a transaction — preparation, attention to numbers, and follow-through.
